Cancellation & Refund Policy

If your reason for cancellation is due to unpleasant weather, we will try to set your charter for another available date. However if this isn’t possible we will issue a full refund for your full deposit.

Cancellations for any other reason apart from unpleasant weather, require 48 hours advance notice for a full refund. In the event you cancel your bookings less than 48 hours before, we have two options for you to choose from – 1) Sugar Gift Card. This card can be used at any time (no expiration) but must be presented upon arrival. The Sugar Gift Card can also be gifted to family and friends. 2) A refund of half of the full payment, deliverable within 24 to 72 hours.

Please note: if you cancel a charter a few hours prior to your pickup time, or no show with no valid reason, we will retain the full amount paid
